CONFERENCE DAY INFORMATION

LOCATIONThe event is located at the Gatlinburg Convention Center located 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. There is NO PARKING at Convention Center so please allow extra time to find parking. There are paid parking lots close to the Convention Center. TICKETING AND ADMISSIONDoors open at 9:00 am. You must have your ticket. ALL tickets will be scanned upon entry. Please make sure to have your ticket in hand and ready to scan to help minimize wait time. If you need to download your tickets click here. You will receive your entry bracelet once your ticket is scanned and will be allowed to proceed into the convention center. You must wear your bracelet at all times in order to come in and out of the conference. If you are not wearing a bracelet you will NOT be allowed re-entry. MERCHANDISEIf you purchased merchandise online prior to the event proceed to the merchandise booth AFTER entry. If you have not yet purchased any merchandise there will be merchandise available for purchase at the Merchandise booth. BOXED LUNCHESIf you purchased a box lunch online prior to the event they will be available for pickup at the concession stand. If you have not purchased a box lunch we will have a very limited amount available for purchase. Please make sure to have your lunch plans arranged prior to the event. There are many restaurants close to the Convention Center as well. But no outside food or drink is allowed into the convention center. VENDORSWe have 25 Vendor Exhibits that will be open and available during the entire event. Most will be equipped to run debit/credit cards but bring cash for those who are not.
