We are making a major change for 2026 to give our vendors and sponsors the best opportunity for strong sales and allowing Expo Only Tickets for the public to shop.

For 2026, the entire event will be located on the lower level of the Gatlinburg Convention Center at the Parkway Entrance. The conference and expo will each have their own dedicated spaces, allowing us to maintain the conference experience while maximizing traffic through the vendor area.

The conference will feature speaker presentations and special guests, while the expo will be open to both conference attendees and the general public throughout the day.

We will introduce Expo-only tickets to create a true convention-style experience. Adults will be 10 dollars, and kids will be free.
We will also offer free Bigfoot photo ops, bring in additional talent, and market the expo as its own standalone attraction.

As a Silver Sponsor, you'll get prime placement with a 10x20 (200 sq ft) booth space located in the exclusive sponsors' area, Each booth is open on three sides, including 20 feet of frontage to showcase your brand! In addition, you’ll be featured on either our rotating stage video or stage banners, and we’ll give you a shout-out on social media. Plus, you’ll receive 2 vendor passes to make sure you’re set for the event.

As a gold sponsor, you will receive a 10x20 (200 sq ft) booth strategically located on the ultra-high traffic main path guaranteeing maximum visibility. Plus, your sponsorship includes a half-page feature in our rotating stage video, your logo and a special shout-out on social media. To top it off, you'll get 4 vendor passes for the event.

As a Platnium sponsors, You will recieve a 20x20 booth (400 sq ft) in the prime spot focusing on high-traffic, a full-page feature in the rotating stage video, social media placement, and 6 vendor passes. You will recieve 2 tickets to the exclusive Friday night meet and eat with all the speakers.

I understand that set-up time will be the day before or the day of the event that my booth must be up and ready-to-go by the 9:00am start time. No vendors will be allowed in the doors to set up after 8:00am.
I understand that I can only sell products allowable and approved by the event coordinators.
I understand that take-down cannot begin until the last session ends (usually 6:00pm - 7:00pm) and that my booth must be completely taken-down and be gone from the venue by 9:00pm .
I understand that (1) 8' table, (2) chairs ARE PROVIDER, but linens are NOT provided. You are responsible for all other items needed to display your items in your booth space.
I understand that this is a non refundable purchase unless the event is cancelled in which I will receive a full refund.
I understand that if all vendor booths are not sold, my booth space may be moved to remove gaps. But that I will get a booth space of equal or greater value.
