Volunteering at SMBC 2024

Would you like to be a part of the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Conference? Whether you want to help out for community hours or just love making people smile, we have a spot for you. We really appreciate your help! Volunteering comes with free admission to the event and a ‘staff” T-shirt for a minimum of 6 hours of your time. Volunteer duties include helping with setup, working with vendors and speakers, ushering, scanning tickets, and breakdown.

You will receive a call or email letting you know if you have been picked to join the team.

  • If you have something special that you would like to do at the event let us know. We are always open to street performers, dress-up characters, etc... We can, however, only accommodate a specific number of each. So, get in touch as soon as possible.
