Day of Event Information
LOCATION: Saturday’s event is located at the Gatlinburg Convention Center located 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. There is NO PARKING at Convention Center so please allow extra time to find parking and or take the shuttle. PLEASE NOTE: if you attended the event last year, the entrance has changed to the Great Hall off the parkway.
TICKETING AND ADMISSION: There will be three lines leading into the event from the front of the Convention Center. Knowing which line you should be in will make your entry less stressful. The three lines are:
- Line 1 is for anyone that does not have their bracelets or a scannable version of their tickets and needs to buy a ticket or needs help to find the tickets they have already purchased.
- Line 2 is for people that do not have their bracelets but do have their tickets printed out or have them available on their phones for scanning.
- Line 3 is for people that have their bracelets and are ready to walk right in!
GET YOUR BRACELETS EARLY: Gatlinburg Convention Center is allowing you to check in early only on Friday from noon to 8 pm. Your bracelet will allow you to skip the long lines on Saturday and go straight in at the signs that say “already have your bracelet”. These bracelets also allow you to enter and exit throughout the day as much as you would like.
SATURDAY: Doors open at 9:00 am for VIP attendees while General Admission is at 9:30 am. You must have your ticket downloaded with the barcode ready. ALL tickets will be scanned upon entry. These can be electronic or printed. Please make sure to have your ticket on hand and ready to scan to help minimize wait time. If you need to download your tickets click here.
You will receive your entry bracelet once your ticket is scanned and will be allowed to proceed into the convention center. You must wear your bracelet at all times in order to come in and out of the conference. If you are not wearing a bracelet you will NOT be allowed re-entry.
Please note, that these bracelets are locking and for one-time use. Once you tighten them, they do not release so leave some space.
MERCHANDISE: If you purchased merchandise online prior to the event, there would be an area set up that says “online orders” Merchandise booth. We have your orders labeled and set to the side so if the line is long, there is no need to wait, you can come back at any time.
If you have not yet purchased any merchandise there will also be an official merchandise booth with limited items.
CONCESSIONS: No outside food or drink is allowed into the convention center but we do have all-day concessions set up for your convenience. You may also leave for lunch at any point and return anytime you want.
VENDORS: We have 25 Vendor Exhibits that will be open and available during the entire event. Most will be equipped to run debit/credit cards but bring cash for those who are not.

We have worked extremely hard along with the convention center staff to ensure all the safety measurements are in place but also to where you can still sit and see the speakers in the seating chart you chose from.
