General Information:
Are you a vendor or sponsor specializing in Bigfoot, cryptozoology products, or outdoor gear? If so, we invite you to be a part of our event on April 5, 2025, at the World Equestrian Center. The doors will open at 9 am, and the event will run until 6 pm. Please note that participation requires offering Bigfoot and cryptozoology-related merchandise or outdoor gear, unless you are a sponsor. We look forward to having you join us for this exciting occasion.

Vendor Information:
As a participating vendor, you will have the opportunity to setup the day before the event between 2:00pm and 7:00pm or on the day of the event from 6:00am and 8:00am. Please review the terms and conditions for full information.

BIG CHANGES | Vendor booths will be 50% larger and there will be 33% less competition.

I understand that set-up time will be the day of the event starting at 7:00am and that my booth must be up and ready-to-go by the 9:00am start time. No vendors will be allowed in the doors to set up after 8:00am.
I understand that I can only sell products allowable and approved by the event coordinators.
I understand that take-down cannot begin until 6:00pm and that my booth must be completely taken-down and be gone from the venue by 8:00pm .
I understand that (1) 8' table, (2) chairs ARE PROVIDER, but linens are NOT provided. You are responsible for all other items needed to display your items in your booth space.
I understand that this is a non refundable purchase unless the event is cancelled in which I will receive a full refund.
I understand that if all vendor booths are not sold, my booth space may be moved to remove gaps. But that I will get a booth space of equal or greater value.
