Liability
Gather Up Events, its affiliates, parent companies, employees, officers, and directors (collectively “Gather Up Events”) does not own or operate any entity that provides goods or services for its events or travel experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local operators, guides, venues, performers, caterers, equipment suppliers, and service providers. As such, Gather Up Events is not responsible for any negligent or willful act, error, or omission of any person or entity not directly owned or controlled by Gather Up Events. By purchasing admission, registration, or a travel package, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Plans
Gather Up Events may offer payment plan options for certain events and cruises. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Gather Up Events to charge your chosen payment method automatically according to the schedule provided, without additional notice. You agree not to dispute any legitimate credit card or ACH charge related to your event or cruise registration.
Passport and Travel Requirements (For Cruises and International Events)
For U.S. Citizens:
A valid passport book is required for all travel outside the United States. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel date. Visit www.state.gov for full details.
For Non-U.S. Citizens:
A valid passport and any required visas are your responsibility. Please confirm all requirements with your local consulate. Permanent U.S. residents must carry their Green Card (Form I-551). Failure to comply may result in denial of boarding or participation without refund.
Visas:
Visa requirements vary by nationality and destination. It is your responsibility to confirm entry requirements for each country or port visited. Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in forfeiture of participation with no refund.
Cancellation Policy
All payments to Gather Up Events are non-refundable. Gather Up Events reserves the right to adjust itineraries, schedules, talent lineups, or event programming as needed. This includes but is not limited to weather delays, performer cancellations, or changes in venue. Gather Up Events may cancel or refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion and shall not be responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred due to transportation delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Included/Excluded Costs
Event and cruise pricing varies by experience. Unless otherwise noted, pricing does not include transportation to and from the event, meals, beverages, merchandise, or additional optional activities. For cruises, base fares generally include meals (excluding specialty dining), onboard shows, and Gather Up Events–produced experiences. Airfare, excursions, onboard purchases, and specialty items are excluded unless specifically stated.
Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges
All applicable taxes, port charges, gratuities, and administrative fees are included in the published cruise fare unless otherwise noted. Gather Up Events reserves the right to assess additional surcharges, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, should the cruise line or partner venue implement such fees industry-wide.
Credit Card and Administrative Fees
Gather Up Events reserves the right to charge fees for returned or declined payments, late or missed payments, canceled cards, chargebacks, or other administrative issues. The standard fee is $150 per person plus 5% of the total transaction.
Late Payment Policy
Payments not received by the required due dates may incur a $35 non-refundable Administrative Late Fee per guest. Payments received thereafter will first be applied to any outstanding fees before being applied to the reservation balance.
Trip or Event Protection
Because all payments are non-refundable, Gather Up Events strongly encourages guests to purchase travel or event protection insurance. This coverage can help protect against loss due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Currency
All prices and charges are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any additional fees assessed by their financial institutions for currency conversion or international transactions.
